Former President Carter went and returned hailing freedom and an end to North Korea's nuclear bomb initiatives. Clinton appeased throughout his tenure as President and saw the proliferation of nuclear presence under his watch.
I guess this was North Korea's thank you, have your two reporters, we have a nuclear arsenal now thanks to you (Bill Clinton and team) being asleep at the wheel.
